YES! Carolina Custom Video does foreign to US video conversion!
We recently had two separate customers come in, requesting that we transfer their video tapes to DVDs, which, if you’ve been reading our blog or been to this website before, you likely know we do on a regular basis.
These two orders were a bit different. While some of their tapes were standard American NTSC format, several of them were actually in European PAL format. We were able to do the conversion easily and put their video on a standard NTSC format DVD, which will now play properly for them here in the United States.
